# Selling Sports Tickets vs.

I bumped “enter” I think and created an incomplete title for this thread. Anyway, my question would be: explain when selling sports tickets is ok vs. scalping. Can one sell sports tickets for any price on eBay vs. outside a stadium event? Does it matter what price one is asking outside the stadium? (No, I am not going to go sell tickets…just wondering where the law draws the line.)
