# Semi-Rosary?

When parking cars, I notice many times there is a rosary wrapped around the rear-view mirror.

Today I saw a not-quite-standard Rosary with Decades ( 10 beads) and crucifix. This instead had three or four bead groups with a scapular instead of a crucifix

What is the name of this prayer bead set?

I believe they’re called chaplet beads.

I’m not sure of the names or specifics, but I know there are a number of different “rosary” type beads used for praying in the catholic chuch. Most vary in the grouping of the beads and knots in the string. They are used for specific types of prayer or even for certain areas of the world or sects of Catholicism.
