Absolutely. It was my first thought. I think brown skin plus white cops hearing “Puh-Dee-Ya” is a new-sounding trigger word, maybe suggested from Stevie Miller’s office, like Santos or Vasquez, etc. Plus, Kristi and others say they didn’t recognize him? He’s been around since Harris took the VP spot. ---

You’ve hit upon something I’ve wondered for a while. When a governmental agency or office “writes a letter” to another office or individual, do they send it through the USPS? Do they Fed Ex it? I wouldn’t think that they’d leave it up to the post office, and so would use a courier. But government is a strange beast, so who knows? ---
