I have spent many sleepless nights wondering if his house was rebuilt after Katrina. I certainly hope he can entertain Bush on his porch again after all those two have done for America. ---

NPR was unintentionally funny this morning, saying that “Lott is not a rich man by Senate standards” and that “not counting his houses in Washington DC and in Mississippi, he’s worth only” a million something dollars. 'Cuz we all know real estate in the District of Columbia ain’t worth nothing, and that his Katrina damaged home in MS isn’t repaired already. ---

Actually, State Farm didn’t pay Lott’s claim on his house in Mississippi. He had to sue, and they settled with him last year. ---
