So I have a homemade Excel macro saved to my personal.xls
How can I send the macro to a coworker so that he has it as part of his personal.xls? Thanks.

One way is to edit the macro and copy the code. Tools \> Macro \> Macros \> Edit.

First you will have to unhide your Personal Workbook to edit a macro in it. Window \> Unhide \> Personal.xls

Your friend would have to create the macro by pasting into a macro with the macro editor, in reverse of your process for copying it.
