# Senseless Pop Song Lyrics-How Do They Write This Stuff?

This is a great song with great lyrics. Mike McDonald (also known as mushmouth) doesn’t make them the easiest to understand, so if you need help, go to one of the lyric pages out on the web.

If you can’t figure this song out (which is very straight forward, IMO), you are doomed with the songs that truly come out of left field.

The refrain (or chorus) is a classic line, and can be used in many situations, not just for people blinded by love

**What a fool believes he sees, no wise man has the power to reason away.**

Who can argue with that? That is a fact!

It sounds to me like your lyrics were “dreamed up during a drug induced reverie” 😃
