This has been my favorite card game lately. Anyone else play it? Who are your favorite heros and villains?

Absolute Zero is the best. Preferably with his original Thermodynamics or Violent Shivers. Elemental Wrath makes him more effective, but less… himself.
I don’t have a huge preference on villains, but I suppose I like playing Iron Legacy a bit more than the others. I’m never entirely sure if I’m going to smash his face in, or be completely outclassed, no matter who’s on the team playing against him.

I could go on and on about SOTM (and probably will, when it’s not past my bedtime). If you’re talking about just the base set, I really enjoy Tempest the most, although I have a soft spot for Fanatic. In the expansions, I like a lot of characters…I guess Naturalist, Nightmist, and Sky-Scraper are my most favorite, although lately I’ve been on an Omnitron X kick.

I’ve played it a few times, and enjoy it. I like playing Ra, because he’s pretty damned simple: “I burn you, and I burn you some more.”

Absolute Zero is one of my favorites as well. My other favorite heroes are Tachyon and Chrono-Ranger. Kaagra Warfang can be an interesting villain if you want a longer game.
