We play this game when driving by the local GoogulPlex – read out movie titles that are above each other on the marquee (it works pretty well looking at offerings on the Guide on your cable box, too). Usually the offerings are only moderately funny, or you have to work at them. Rarely do you achieve the greatness of one preserved in one of those National Lampoon books I have: **Alien Meatballs Escape From New York** But yesterday I saw a wonderful triple play at the theater on my way home from work: **Her Nutjob Jack Ryan** ---

Not quite the same thing, but I recall a theater in Paris advertising Steven Spielberg’s _Hook_ based on two well-known stars who were listed on the marquee as: Dustin Hoskins and Bob Hoffman ---

A multiplex I used to go to had one of its theaters right next to the restrooms, and all the signs used to be at the same level and size. So when the movie “Other People’s Money” was playing, the signs read: “Men – Women – Other People” On another visit, I saw: “Men – Women – Batman” ---

So, if it was just made up I demand titular rigor. ---
