1. Why is a new thread for this game made every few days? 2. What’s the significance of the weird titles (of the game threads themselves)? 😕 ---

1. People don’t want to bump old threads when they spot a STT. 2. There’s a thing about trying to use up all the different ‘types’ of sequel naming borrowed from films. ---

I just did a search for the word “sequential” and the last five STTs were posted in on these dates: Sept. 22 (the current one, I guess) Sept. 21 Sept. 17 Sept. 7 Sept. 4 Was the second-last STT _so old_ that it didn’t deserve bumping? Just FYI, I’m not complaining about these threads. They don’t bother me or anything, but I’ve been asking myself the two questions in my OP for the last few months now. ---

If it’s a busy day a thread can drop off the main page so to bring it back would be considered a ‘bump’ . The gaps in those dates you posted is easily large enough for a thread to be several pages down. I know it’s odd, but people are vain (I include me in that). They want to make a new thread with their ‘find’. ---
