That’s the modern Orange Blossom iteration, updated to be modern and stuff. I guess she is in Velma-ish colors. You could try the [older iteration](http://www.strawberry-shortcake.net/CollectorsInfo/Vintage/PartyPleasers/orangePP.JPG) of her, but the costume would be much harder unless you can sew. Although it’d work better with any length of hair, if yours is short. ---

Catwoman. Catwoman has been black, and has been in cartoons. Probably at some point at the same time, although I’m not bothering to research that. If you want to deprive the world of \*\*MeanOldLady \*\*in a catsuit, then you hate America. ---

Well, it isn’t cutesy or feminine but Marvin the Martian is covered from head to toe and the only visible part of him is his face which is black. Then you’d get to shoot people with a phaser all night long and walk around saying, “This makes me very angry!” ---

Until she saw a little black girl on the side of the parade route. So if she were dressing as homecoming queen Jodie, it would be quasi-necessary to snark about being the town’s token minority.
