I’ll have y’all know I have never dropped my phone in the terlet. However a friend did, in Vegas (as we all know what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas). Her phone stayed because it was one of those terlets that flush themselves when you are done. MMPers as character witnesses? Al things considered it may be better for me to pay y’all to stay away. **swampy** , folks who drop phones in terlets keep me in a job. Howdy you all. I am on leave from tomorrow until the 18th. Finally decided there is never a good time to be off so I am off until the 18th. Plan is to laze and rest tomorrow and clean the house, pack and hit the road no later than early Firday. We are off to my home state of Georgia! I have two brothers and two sisters all older. If fact my oldest sibs are 18 and 17 yrs older than myself. I haven’t seen them in years. At least ten I think. Both brothers live within an hour of Macon, ye olde hometown. One sister is in Silver Creek near. Rome and the other is in Hiawasse Ga up near Helen. I will have to visit with each one for at least a day. Figure two days of travel and I would like to be home late Thursday so I can have some down time. We are taking my Louie with us and the cat will be sort of on her own except having people feed her. I would really feel better if we kenneled her but hubby will not hear of “caging” her up. \*\*\*\*\*\ ***swampy**. Is it peach season? Morning all! I’ll start getting the explanatory footnotes ready for explainin’ Mumper language, for the trial. I’m not well up on Yew Ess law, can pointy stick weildin’ spiders be called as witnesses? They only really know semaphore. I can always stand behind them talking in a little squeaky voice, but I’ll need a bit of notice to work on my Sri Lankan accent. I think I’m having another trip up North again today- the East, not the West though. The landlord wants to go to Sheffield to pick up some stuff, and as he doesn’t drive, I said I’d go as there’ll be way too much stuff to take on public transport. Might be staying the night at his mate’s place. Not been to Sheffield in years, though I briefly went to uni there (until I dropped out). I doubt I’ll have time to wander round the centre much though to see how it’s changed. ---

Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffienatin’. _YAWN_ 'Tis 71 Amurrkin out with a predicted high of 97 for the day. Gonna be hawt and hyooomid. **Taters** I may be still sorta, kinda, leanin’ towards a smart phone for myself. For sure there’s no need to consider it for OYKW. Heck, he only uses a 'puter if’n he has to use one. He’s kinda weird that way. **Red** I considered Jitterbug for OYKW, but found the one I ordered which looks close to the one that he took swimmin’ \ so I think he’ll be happy with that. I fortuitously made a list of all contacts on his phone (and mine as well) and have kept the lists updated just in case of sump’n like this happenin’. Guess who will get the joy of addin’ all the numbers to his new phone. 😃 I’m thinkin’ we should get the pointy stick weildin’ Sri Lankan paratrooper ninja spiders to do an interpretive dance at **Sari’s** trial. That should impress the judge and jury. Ok, I need more caffiene and rumbly tummy wants to be fed. Then, alas and alack, irk purtification must commence. \*\*Taters \*\*- basic phones are still easily available, and I expect it will remain that way. Some people want a phone that’s just a phone. I just ordered \*\*FCD \*\*a new flip phone - his old smart phone is about to become the replacement for our land line so it’ll mostly live at home. I plan to get a base unit with bluetooth so the Android can talk thru a regular wireless home phone - I do so hate talking to a rectangle! And my flip phone will no longer be used (as if it’s used much) after I use the last of my minutes. And so begins Wednesday! I woke up thinking I heard rain. I didn’t. Rats. And according to the forecast, we won’t see rain till Saturday. Guess I should break out the sprinkler. I think today I’ll stencil the two totes I made yesterday. Or maybe I’ll make some totes in black - I have a big hunk of black denim that’s just sitting there, plus some black lining fabric. Gotta think on that some more. I would pay money to see testimony via interpretive dance. Surely it’s a do-not-miss event. Its effectiveness is unproven, but certainly no one could top the entertainment value, right? There is a silver lining to all the bullshit associated with my gall bladder episodes. My liver is still grumpy, and therefore, I’m still not eating like I did, resulting in some rather rapid and dramatic weight loss. The upshot is I’m wearing pants with a 38" waist, something I haven’t done since I was at my lowest following my bypass. 🆒🆒🆒 Oh, and blurf, y’all. ---

**Nuts** , I have fond memories of a coach trip up to Sheffield to see Def Leppard at the (I think) Don Valley Stadium. Long time ago, but it was a fun night out. I am having a very blurfy day - didn’t sleep at all well last night, woke up at idiot o’clock for no good reason and couldn’t get back to sleep. I did hear it raining though, which accounted for the presence of both cats on the bed. Usually there’s only one cat but when the weather prevents outside exploration, Shadow comes up for a snooze as well. Luckily it is pub night tonight so I have something to look forward to! ---

Happy Hump Day! It’s a humid 66 degrees and going to go up to 86 today. I’ll have to close my window later but I keep it open at night. I agreed to let hellpup out later today. She has changed quite a bit since their other dog was put to sleep. She’s very clingy and a lot quieter, poor girl. I have to meet with a friend of a friend today as well, I’m not sure what time. I’m really not looking forward to it but I was asked to do a favor and so I will. It just makes me feel so warm and fuzzy that so many want to defend me at my trial, interpretive dance, Sri Lanken Spiders and all. It could turn out to be quite the MumperFest. ---
