# Serious Thunderbird Problem

For some reason I have lost all my account settings and all my emails and folders on my Thunderbird account. I will be able to hopefully restore the accounts , but where will I find all the saved emails? they must be somewhere on my computer but where do I start looking ?

I’m glad this was a software issue and not a drinking problem. Thunderbird is some nasty stuff.

However it’s use could explain _why_ someone was having software problems.
