# Seriously, this thread is closed?

And this is not the first time What\_Exit has had a knee-jerk reaction [to close a thread](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/ohhhh-what-exit-thats-not-what-doxxing-is/971641) that was later reopened after consultation. I for one would like to know if that will continue to be their standard operating procedure: See something wrong, immediately close it, consult with other mods, reopen it with mod notes as necessary.
