# Seroquel

You have to keep an eye out for problems over time. I tried it for sleep, never needed that much, but I ended up twitching all night long and never getting good sleep anyway. You also have to consider whether any improvements are a result of more sleep or of Seroquel effectively treating some other problem.

I took Trazadone as a sleep aid, but it made me angry. Then I took Seroquel, which made me gain 50 pounds and affected my short term memory so much I can’t remember six months of my life.

Now I take Risperidone and Tofranil to sleep at night and I’m much better.
