I’ve been trying online recipes for a while and they all suck. Oh, sure, they all _taste_ right. The consistency, though. . .

Out of the several recipes I’ve tried, [this one](http://www.recipecottage.com/candy/sesame-seed04.html) is closest to what I ate in Morocco. The problem is that the product has the consistency of peanut brittle, while I’m looking for something along the lines of a medium-crunchy granola bar. Before I waste any more honey (who’d’ve thunk honey more expensive than sesame seeds?), does anyone have any pointers or recipes or suggestions?
