I love to use sesame oil in all manner of Asian and non-Asian cooking. However, some of the brands of Asian sesame oil I’ve tried have a really bitter aftertaste, which I don’t like. Can anyone recommend a good brand of sesame oil that doesn’t have the bitter aftertaste?

Not a brand rec, but a storage one - keep it in the fridge! It goes rancid easily at room temperature.
