# setting up FTP on W2K Pro

So i got IIS installed and set up my virtual directory to share but my problem is making the logins work. I just can’t do it. I go to the FTP properties box and under the Security Tab there is a check box for “Allow Anonymous Connections”. Under that there is a space for putting in Username and Password. When I create a password and hit apply, the 5-asterisk password becomes 10-asterisks long!! Does anyone have experience doing this?
