I imagine a quick read thru the posting history of the late unlamented **Aldebaran** gives an idea of what the viewpoint of such a person would be like. Interesting question nonetheless - if it is OK to wish death on American servicemen even though some Dopers are in the service, would it be OK to wish death on Iraqi insurgents even if some Dopers were insurgents? Given the current status of the rule as I understand it, I would strongly object to a mod smackdown of someone who wished death on Iraqi insurgents were an insurgent to join the board. Such wishes, abhorrent though they may be, comprise a legitimate political position, and such positions are fodder for debate. Daniel ---

_hat’s true enough. I don’t recall seeing any pictures of kids at Abu Ghraib._ that’s because the government is still fighting lawsuits to keep them hidden–they are out there, including a video of a 12yr old boy being ass-fucked in front of his father to extract “cooperation”… stay tuned… ---

Your threat notwithstanding: The firmest cite to use would be, I’d wager, when NBC News cited military officials who confirmed that there was a video, shot by US personel, showing children being raped by Iraqi guards.
