I avoid repeating a word that’s been recently used. I don’t know if it’s a rule.

I think it’s understood that as a game, you don’t follow up on your own word. Otherwise, why not ten in a row? It’s the give and take that makes it interesting.
I also don’t capitalize unless it’s a proper noun, but maybe that’s just me.
