I get _really horny_ the day before and the two days after I start my period. As long as my boyfriend at the time doesn’t mind, I have to have sex. If he does mind, I have to get the vibrator out. ---

I’ve always been of the understanding that red wings were earned by going down on a woman during her period… not having intercourse. Oh, and I’m a believer in sex while my wife is on her period. Both my current and my late wife said it helps with cramps, clots, etc. ---

I have before, and have done it with my wife, but she gets extra sensitive and it makes it way to difficult to go through with it when there are so many places on her that I can’t touch because she is so sensitive. Also, I think she thinks it is kind of gross. Not a dealbreaker for me, there are plenty of other things we can do for the four or five days. Male, 41 SSG Schwartz ---

No way in hell, I get crippling cramps and I bleed out like I was screwed with a chainsaw. Romance is the last thing on my mind. Usually I am wondering how soon I can take more drugs without sodomizing my liver into oblivion. ---

Female. I will have sex during my period. Had one boyfriend who didn’t mind. As mentioned, it’s just a matter of laying down an old towel or whatever and have at it. My husband doesn’t want sex while I’m bleeding, with him it’s definitely an ick factor. As I don’t want to impose unpleasantness on my partner we don’t have sex while I’m on the rag, no big deal. While I like the idea of man who isn’t squicked out by it, it is in no way a deal breaker if he doesn’t want to do it. ---

Not a problem. One time though, at the Radisson South following a New Year’s Eve party, it sort of resembled the scene of a mass murder. Rather not do that again. ---

Female, 40, not exactly inexperienced. I’ve had partners who would, partners who wouldn’t, partners who were turned on, and partners who were icked out by the notion. I find, though, that my current boyfriend doesn’t mind sex during my period, but I just can’t manage during days 2 and 3. Day one is light, and an old towel takes care of any messiness. Days 4 & 5 are in the shower only days. 6 & 7 are back to the towel solution. But I do have an acquaintance who likes to overshare sometimes. He refers to the week of his girlfriend’s period as “blowjob week.” ---

Male 30. It depends on how good she’s feeling. The second day is usually her worst, but we do other fooling around instead. Other than that, she’s usually raring to go as well. Like **corkboard** , my wife is usually hornier on hers. If she’s having it rough, I’m fine that she’s off limits. I still have Palmela. ---
