I will have to admit, as a straight male, that my two choices, [Nikolaj Coster-Waldau](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nikolaj_Coster-Waldau) and [Daniel Craig](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daniel_Craig) have been on the list when I first saw 'em, but have since aged out of the OP’s criteria. I could see the “Jack Ryan” [John Krasinzki](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Krasinski), but unfortunately can’t unsee the “Jim Halpert.” I second @What_Exit with [Amy Adams](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amy_Adams). Sofia’s 48 (a few months older than me). She’s still got a year and change until she’s in her fifties!. Jessica Alba, Natalie Portman, and Anna Kournikova are all a couple months shy of 40 now… For the ladies, I understand Tom Hiddleston(40) and Joseph Gordon-Levitt(40) check a lot of boxes. ---
