That’s ok – my mum is very keen on P & P and was completely blinded by Colin Firth to pick up the refs. (The guy who played Mr Bingley in the Colin Firth version is also briefly in the first Bridget Jones film, by the way.) 
Now that you know, re read the book and/or see the film again – refs abound!

I wanted to join in the Ten Things I Hate About You chorus. I thought it looked like another bland entry in the Shakespeare in a high school genre, but it’s actually fun and clever. The '99 Midsummer is worth seeing for Kevin Kline.
