# Shampoo recommendations? (anti-itching)

I switch off with regular shampoo every other washing. I find T-gel dries out my hair a lot (which was actually a good thing in my oil-overdrive adolescence).

I like Nizoral more, since it’s not nearly as smelly and drying. But it’s so much more expensive that I end up getting T-gel fairly often anyways.
