Happy New Year everyone!! Allow me to use this occasion to share some phrases that you can use regarding the people who were responsible for last Tuesday tragedy: _ **Neyen zol men dir takhrikhim!** _ Shrouds should be sewn for you! _ **Es felt im a klyepke!** _ He’s got a screw loose. some words of wisdom _ **A sakh hent brekhn moyern** _ literally: Many hands break fortesses, but used in the context of, ‘There is strength in numbers’ and just for the record, because it cracks me up to see people use this on the board: _ **feh!** _ an interjection used to express disgust, as when smelling a rotten egg. Example, "Did you see that nar (fool) she’s been running around with? **Feh!** **Bunny** , Yom Kippur, which begins next Wednesday at sundown, is The Day of Atonement, where by you (or whoever) fast and pray to atone for you sins of the previous year. I have always interpreted this to mean you are supposed to suffer in some way. Usually, I’m just an ass about this and tell people I don’t take off of work, because that IS my suffering, but this years, I think we have all suffered enough. I told **Cartoon** that in light of what he did last week, any ‘sins’ he might make between now and the rest of his life are on the house. (well, as far as I’m concerned. And that goes for all of the people who gave of themselves in the horrible time.) Hmmmm…sorry wandered off a bit, but I’m back now. HAPPY NEW YEAR y’all ---
