I’ve never seen the American, so I say original with subtitles. ---

Definitely watch the original Chinese version; a lot of funny scenes were cut from the American version. ---

That has probaly got to be one of the stupidest movies I have ever seen. I loved every second of it. ---

I’ve only seen the Chinese version. It’s a bit long in parts. ---

So the difference is that there were some scenes cut in the American theatrical version? ---

The DVD in America has both versions. And yes, there was a lot of cutting in the american version. At least one song, and a lot of the little jokes. ---

heres a quick note on american edit vs chinese… runtime approx 112 minutes(original version)/89 minutes(english version)
