# Shape Up shoes - do they work?

Are you referring to [Skechers Shape-ups](http://www.skechers.com/info/shape_ups/?cm_mmc=skecherscontent-_-Homepage-_-Main-_-GetDetails)?

My wife wants a pair but they haven’t been released yet here.

If they’re anything like [MBTs](http://ries.typepad.com/.a/6a00d8345194a469e200e55267d53c8833-500pi), I’ll say yes.

Within a week or so of wearing them, my legs and back felt immensely better. It took a little getting used to in order to keep my balance when standing still, however.

They do look the same. Did you lose any weight? 😉
