# Share something positive you are going to do today

I did not watch YF, but I did severely curtail my viewing of TV news/politics/election stuff. Watched a few episodes of “Frasier” instead.

I ate fairly healthy, did not compliment a stranger, but I did go for a second walk.

I also put up my outdoor Christmas lights (I promise, I won’t light them yet, just like to get them up while the weather is still sane)

No reason to not keep this going…

Today: Another walk, for sure. Eating healthy, always a good idea. Clean out the garage a bit, stow some summer-related outdoor stuff. Continue to give election coverage a very wide berth.

We watched _Shaun of the Dead,_ and even though I’ve seen it a bunch of times I LOL’d a lot. A very clever movie.

Only problem is all the stress of the previous day combined with yesterday gave me a massive migraine. It’s the first time a mirgraine made me vomit since I retired. With T back in office, I better renew my migraine medicine prescription.
