Has anyone here installed a full-spectrum light in their homes? Do you think it helped?

… yes.

Helped what? For plants it was not cost effective. Increased not so full spectrum was more efficient.

If I understand what is asked…

I have a full-spectrum fluorescent reading lamp that I love. It actually makes the material sharper and easier to read.
