I forgot to type, on the Chicken Noodle soup recipe, you remove the center stalk/vein things on the kale, and then rough chop the leafy bits.
Should be OK. You can even cheat and just get sausage instead of adding spices to ground pork.

I’ve made soup every week for the last 18 months. Yay soup! This is my go-to soup: everyone loves it, it’s different enough to jazz up the menu, and it’s a good ego stroke if I’ve had a failed recipe or two.
West African Chicken Stew
I probably use more cumin and more spice…well, and probably more peanut butter. But damn! it’s good!
Roast vege soup
Fill a roasting dish with whatever veges are around (anything except lettuce I suppose special mention of garlic though)
drizzle with oil and sprinkle with fresh or dried herbs
roast until you cannot stop yourself from having a nibble mmmm…
put in largish pot and generously cover with stock.
bring it to the boil and then purée. you can almost eat it with a fork
Absolutely!
Can’t tell you how many times I’ve made this. Couldn’t be easier and everyone loves it!
Polish Dill Pickle Soup. Unique, delicious. My Mom called it a “glorified potato soup.” I will leave out the egg next time, though. Turned into an egg drop consistency and didn’t really add anything.
