On one of the Bloom County books, back-cover, there was a shot of Berkley Breathed in a powered hang-glider, wearing a fedora, aviator glasses, and a leather jacket, looking straight at the camera with a big, open-mouthed grin. That’s **Johnny L.A.** ---

I tend to imagine **septimus** as looking and sounding like [Septimus Signus](http://www.uesp.net/wiki/File:SR-npc-Septimus_Signus.jpg) from Skyrim (which is silly I know, he doesn’t post anything like Septimus Signus talks). ---
