# Share your tips for dealing with doctors

My doctors always seem to be very happy to get a copy of my symptoms and problems. I make sure to leave at least two inches of blank space at the top and bottom of the paper, so they can put it right into my chart. I also put my name and other identifying info on every sheet of paper.
