One person in a couple has Sirius account that she uses in her car, her office waiting room (with a Sirius capable radio) and on her computer. Can the husband use the same account for his car’s Sirius radio?

yes, you can attach more than one radio to an account, but there is an additional charge for the other radios. IIRC it’s full price for the first radio and half or so for additional ones.
