# Sharing iPhone Calendars

Since I’m the keeping of all appointments and the like, I need to be able to share my calendar with my husband. A million years ago we figured out how I could subscribe to his, but now no amount of reading online is helping me to figure this out. We have a plain iPhone 4 (3G) and accounts with iCloud. If anyone can help me do this, we’d greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

Open the Calendar app on your iPhone  
Tap the “Calendar” button at the top left  
Tap the blue “\>” on the calendar you want to share  
Under “Shared with” tap “Add person…”  
enter his email address.  
He should get an email inviting him to share the calendar

Wow. That was quick. I got it to send the invite, but after my husband put in his correct iCloud information, it told him that he was “not authorized to access calendar.” I googled around a bit and as best I can gleam it seems this might be a problem after the latest OS upgrade, but I haven’t been able to figure out what to do to correct / bypass it. Any ideas on that? Regardless, thank you so much for your help thus far. I’d have never gotten on my own.

He needs to sign in with whatever email address you used to send the invite. If that was different that his icloud address, that could be the problem.
