The title sums it up. I’m wondering if anyone has come up with a Shazam like application that can live on a PC as opposed to an iPhone or Smartphone. It can work either via a microphone or via track analysis. I’m consistently frustrated by the fact that I can’t figure out the artist and song names on the radio or mix CDs from friends. It seems like a no-brainer that someone would port the Shazam concept onto a regular old computer.

[Tunatic](http://wildbits.com/tunatic/). Never tried it myself but it is supposed to do the same thing.
