True - it’s still nice to see even an implied acknowledgement that there are different kinds of lawyers (see also the omni-scientist who can analyze a spacecdrive one week and develop a vaccine for a new disease the next (all while cracking into a secure computer system in the background)) ---

Speaking of Warner Brothers, I liked the Sopranos reference from the previous episode, which is owned (AFAIK) by HBO/Warner Brothers. I’m glad they’re willing to put in some references in these shows that aren’t Star Wars or Pixar. Feels more organic, and less like an ad. ---

Yeah, that seems like the sort of thing Tony would take care of. Is it just me, or does Titania seem like a really weak arch-nemesis? Not in power, but in terms of being interesting. The shitty magician last week was far more interesting than she’s been so far, and I’m saying that as a fan of the actresses work in The Good Place. Hope her episodes pick up. I was stoked to see the Daredevil mask at the end, as I’m a fan of the Charlie Cox series. Hope it’s a good episode. ---

When it had been revealed, at the end of the previous episode, that Titania had trademarked the She-Hulk name, it suggested (at least to me) that she had some business savvy. But, in this episode, she came across as just a vapid social media star, and it wasn’t at all clear if using the She-Hulk name had even been her idea. ---

In one of the Perry Mason novels (_The Case of the Ice-Cold Hands_, possibly?), Hamilton Burger threatens legal action against him, and Mason says he wants an attorney, which Burger thinks is ridiculous, as Mason is more than competent as a lawyer himself. Mason then repeats the famous quote “An attorney who represents himself has a fool for a client.” (Or words to that effect.) As it works out, he isn’t charged with anything and doesn’t consult another attorney. ---
