I do think it’s interesting (and I wonder if they will point this out in the show if they haven’t already) how different and in fact almost reversed Jennifer’s situation is from Bruce’s with their alter ego. It probably wasn’t planned from the get-go in the comics. Also Tatiana Maslany in the “little suit” after shrinking is kind of adorable. Now I have about a hundred Superhuman Law questions too… ---

I’d be waiting for her to lose it in court, pick up the judge and his furniture, and throw it all through a wall. I’m just not seeing a hulk as having a very good aptitude for law. LOL ---

Thoughts on the trademark suit: 1. It seemed ridiculous for Titania to attempt to trademark She Hulk in the first place 2. Jennifer publicly saying she absolutely did not want the name made it seem less ridiculous, because you actually DO have to want and use the name to own the trademark. 3. I don’t really think a personal use like in a dating profile is relevant as you have to use a trademark in business to have a claim for it, yes? 4. Her law firm should have trademarked it if they wanted to use the She Hulk name to promote their business, regardless of whether or not Jennifer trademarked it. It’s business 101, check the name you’re using for a trademark. IANAL, but I _have_ received a Cease and Desist letter complaining about violating someone else’s trademark. ---

There’s just something compelling about Tatiana that I find lured me in. Not so much as Jen but when she’s green and 7 feet tall, I’m smitten. I guess if someone doesn’t like her they prolly wouldn’t like the show much either. But so far I’m suitably entertained each week. Hope to see Madisynn and Wongers again. ---

I hope that’s the last we see of Titania (but I doubt it.) She-Hulk is the perfect venue for featuring Marvel’s silly but fun characters (Stilt-Man would be great!) but they need to keep it to just one episode for each. I’m not sure if they have the budget for it, but they should be getting big name actors to play the guest-villains each week _a la_ 1966 Batman. ---
