To me ground lamb equals premium dog food. ☹

No, no, no. He said serve it with a can of cheap whirled peas.

Make the kibbee. MAKE THE KIBBEE.

Or, if you’re feeling brave, and the lamb is reasonably fresh, MAKE THE KIBBEE NAY (i.e. make the kibbee but don’t cook it. It’s how the Lebanese eat it!)

> I would think that anything you can do with ground beef, you can do with ground lamb; it’ll just taste different. I’ve made meatloaf with ground lamb. It’s pretty nice.

If you use Alton Brown’s recipe, it’s better than nice: it’s terrific. Use about a pound of ground chuck to 1/2 pound ground sirloin and 1/2 pound ground lamb.

Also, lamb kebobs are excellent. Serve them in pita with a cucumber yogurt sauce.
