Feeling much better today, 2nd day after the 2nd shingles shot. Still low energy but not sleepy and I’m quite alert. I’m going to do my daily 2km walk shortly.

I actually got shingles a couple weeks ago. No big deal. I think the vax I got in '15 helped there. But They want me to get the new double dose shot soon.

This thread is making me feel good about doing this. ☹
