# Shipment of frozen pears--Any good?

I received a shipment of pears today, but they arrived frozen. Is there anything I can do with them? They’ll likely be thawed by the time I can get around to doing anything…

I had a pear clafouti once that was delicious. I’d suggest baking htem in something or making pear butter like an applesauce. You could blend them into smoothies, add to a fruit pie, maybe dice into muffin batter, pear and walnut muffins or something?
