Just a habit I got into years ago. It’s silly, especially when I think about it and how often I use it (signing off on my emails, for instance). It’s REALLY silly when you consider that you can put in signatures both on this board AND in the emails…and I’m a freaking IT person, who knows you can do those things and I still don’t do it. 😛 (plus, damned if I know how to use a single key stroke to get those ellipsis thingies…hell, I didn’t even know they were CALLED ellipsis’ before this) -XT ---

We don’t get badges, only lanyards, but they’re still at the laminators. (on the iPad, hit the “.?123” key, then press and hold on the period key. It’s also option-colon on the Mac. Fuck you PC users, I don’t know what the ASCII code is so don’t ask and live with your sub-par digital typesetting OSs.) As you were… ---

If you prefer them, of course you should purchase one. I just took issue with the idea that a PC is inferior. I posted this in the last pit thread about Shodan’s signature, which was less than a year ago (late fall or winter, I believe). But his signature “Regards, Shodan” makes some pretty good anagrams.
