Yes, there’s evidence that Martin punched Zimmerman. But there’s no evidence that Martin acted aggressively towards Zimmerman. There’s such a thing as self-defense, in every state except Florida. ---

To not meet the definition of aggression, you would have to believe Zimmerman instigated the physical confrontation, yet got no punches in- possible, yes, probable no. ---

There is no evidence that he did, and circumstantial evidence that he did not. How on Earth can you say Zimmerman for certain instigated the physical confrontation when there is zero physical evidence to back it up, and there are no witnesses? Just because he is a horrible human being does not mean he instigated the physical confrontation. Bad people can be the victims of crimes as well as good ones. ---
