I kind of envy those of you who can wear the spike heels - some of them are so sexy looking! However, it’s not sexy when you can’t walk in them, as a few young ladies I know haven’t figured out yet. I saw a great pair of the furry boots the other day - out of my price range, but very comfortable. I just couldn’t spend that much money on a pair of boots like that in Georgia - it doesn’t get cold for long enough! Besides, these were so furry they looked like you would need to feed them and take them outside a couple of times a day. ---

I mean, really. Heed the words of **UrbanChic**. Shoes are _sacred_. 😉 I want–oh, do I ever want–the really strappy, spiky black stiletto I saw on the shelves at the shoestore… But what I got instead were some black leather flats and a new pair of winter boots (black leather, again, warm lining, they look very sleek and stylish). Maybe after the New Year. _happy sigh_ ---

So again, I apologize. Besides, if you didn’t tell anybody, I don’t think they’d guess that you’re a day over thirty. 😉 And outside of work, I like the leopard ones. And having said that, I’m going to go back to lurking now. This is definitely…er…um…well…heck, it’s a chick thread. Stranger ---

I wear a size 15WIDE. I think most computers lack the disk space necessary to post a picture of the big shoes that I wear. ---

I never used to care about shoes but it only took a ten day holiday in Italy for me to turn into Imelda Marcos. This kind of thread is _exactly_ why I don’t have a credit card. So in addition to about half of the stuff posted here I lust after the red lace up boots from [this site](http://www.gudrunsjoden.com/butik/assets/mallar/start_0/start_0.html). There’s no way it will let me link to anything that would make them easy to find so I’ll let you hunt if you care enough. Just don’t blame me if you happen to stumble on lots of clothes you want to buy. ---

Ooo, here’s another version of the second shoes I linked previously. Burgundy Jacquard Brocade (Damask) Wedding [Shoes](http://www.savoywebs.com/shop/view_product.php?product=JACQBURGUNDYLS). I think they are so pretty, but I wonder if the ribbons on the previous versions would hold up or not? I like that these have laces, but I love the ribbons on the other shoes. ---
