Shopping carts: Now with more Pit!

err make that cart not car against the quarter panel of my car. :smack:

Norwegian Blue reminded of another cart story in which he did his part to teach a lesson in social graces. He turned down a lane at the grocery, spying an open parking space next to a woman who was unloading her cart. Just as he was about to pull in and park, Ms. In-My-Own-Little-World pushes her cart into the middle of that very spot. My hero stops his car directly behind hers and gets out, leaving the engine running. Nonchalantly, he mosies over to the cart and walks it way over to the cart corral. Taking his own sweet time, fully aware he’s blocking her in, he walks back to his car, gets in and pulls into the spot. He made sure that day that she spent as much time waiting to leave as it would have taken her to do the right thing in the first place. The kicker: she had a child with her throwing a tantrum and it screamed bloody murder the entire time she waited for him to move.

Gee, I love this man.
