# Short Skirts in 1970's/80's junior high and high school. What hosiery did they wear?

Mrs. Aceplace may have been super-strict about makeup, but she apparently had no problem with [piercings](https://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showpost.php?p=14957098&postcount=1).
