So, the “shit” post was made, and another poster said that it’s been getting framed in this way (like, that post was not the first time) and it bugs her. Then she explained why. I agreed that it bugged me too. And now you want to debate and, what, prove that it is wrong for this particular dude-centric shorthand to bug us? We must have misunderstood the post? What is your goal in arguing about it?
Yeah. Most days I poop at home whether I’m going to work or not, just because of my body’s habit of dumping shortly after breakfast (Yeah, yeah - TMI). Very seldom poop at work. So being at home all day means more use of TP for non-pooping reasons any day I’m home, which can certainly add up.
Sounds like mansplaining to me…
This saved me a lot of typing.
Also, Jesus, I had ignored the snark my comment generated because I didn’t want it to be a thing. I wanted to make my point so that maybe people would be more thoughtful next time, and let it go. But apparently even the mildest comment can’t be ignored if it’s critical of a male-oriented remark.
You got this right. TY
I hate to hijack [citation needed], but why would this be true? Genuinely curious!
Obese cats are particularly prone to hepatic lipidosis. With no calories coming in, the body starts to metabolize body fat. Cat livers are not great at this, and fat starts to build up in liver cells. With obese cats, they can quickly build up enough to cause severe liver disease. They get jaundiced, which is often when it gets diagnosed. It can easily be fatal if it isn’t caught early.
Fascinating, thanks.
