# Should democrats rethink "defund police" and push for law and order?

I meant it happens on both sides, which allows the Fox news folks enough ammo to use to claim its equal.

I have many friends in Oregon. They have posted video tours of the 'burning city". There is about a square block covered with graffiti, windows are boarded up. Some trash. They say travel in that block during protests by car is not do-able. So, one block is graffiti city. That’s your “burning city”.

I have friends in Portland too, and they say much the same - that even when there’s a protest going on it only affects a very small area. They also mention that the protests were tapering off until Trump sent in the troops.

Yep. No burning city. Huge swaths of slogans and graffiti.
