Well, it does only have five cites.
Jesus isn’t a US citizen, and I’ll bet he doesn’t have a passport. If Jesus was at Obama’s birth, it would just be more evidence of fraud. C’mon, what American hospitals use mangers?
And Kenya is closer to Bethlehem than Hawaii is. Just sayin’.
Besides, he has a Mexican name!
You left out “Boxers or briefs?”
The “it” they are making a big deal out of is not the un-get-overable problem, whatever it is, that Obama’s citizenship involves. They are disturbed about the prevalence, and persistence, of people like you who refuse to believe it was settled as soon as it was raised. *They *are, anyway; the rest of the reality-based community is just laughing ruefully.
Now, how about you tell us what is not getting done in Washington because the President’s vaccination records and formaldehyde-preserved tonsils and such are not being rubbed in your face?
I’m sorry, my google-fu seems to be weak today. Can you provide me with cites that detail the records you’re interested in that Bush, Clinton, Reagan, and McCain have released? I can’t seem to locate any of their birth certificates, much less their parents’ marriage and divorce records, passport and visa records, social security records, selective service records, disbarment records, hospital records, school and college records, marriage/divorce records, or health records.
I mean, since you’re sure that Bush, Clinton, Reagan and McCain have provided all of those records to the public, surely you’d have links to those records, right?
So, when did Reagan release the medical records that showed he was suffering from Alzheimers while he was in the Oval Office?
I don’t remember that part.
Neither did he.
Well, at the time, nobody pressed the point; his TV addresses were considered sufficient prima facie documentation.
If that were the case (it isn’t) then John McCain was ineligible to be President, as he was born in Panama.
Bwahahahahahahahahahahaha!
- snerk *
You wouldn’t.
The official answers to date:
Until Susanann, Orly Taitz, and other Birthers release to the general public all their personal data, including social security number, bank account numbe4rs, etc., I think that the balance between “public right to know” and individual right to privacy which the State is exercising is precisely right.
Except none of those men released all the records you’ve demanded Obama release. Not a single one of them.
The Constitution states the President must be a “natural born citizen of the United States.”
While the precise meaning of this is not stated, it’s generally accepted to mean that a person is American by virtue of the circumstances of their birth, e.g. they are American from the moment of birth. It’s possible to be American by birth without being born on American soil.
John McCain was born in the Panama Canal Zone.
Does it show liberal bias on my part to think the birthers should suggest a motive for the mysterious trip to Kenya? In the absence of any birther comment, I guess I’ll assume that it was for the Satanic ritual.
Speaking of Poe’s Law, I have a first-hand acquaintance with it:
Lacking access to any Western media except N.Y. Times (and Usenet!) I lost track of how deranged American right-wing thinking became. I created a Usenet sock-puppet saying ridiculously absurd things in a sincere effort to wake up some Usenetters by showing them the reductio ad absurdem of their “thinking.”
Instead the sock-puppet started getting fan mail! :smack:

Right.
These gentlemen provided all the records that were legally required by the election authorities; and on a case by case basis may have released in part or in whole some or few or many or none of the ones that were merely “of interest” to anyone else. Once the absolute legal requirements which have to be be uniform for all candidates are complied with, their condition as public officials/figures does NOT result in that *every *aspect of their personal lives becomes public domain and must be delivered on demand, contrary to what some people may believe.
“Transparency” in the context of the official functioning of a governmental administration, does ***not ***mean what Susanann seems to think the word means.
I have to say sitting outside the US of A, this is really bloody baffling. Since I am neither a Leftist nor an American, let me say that 1: you have to be a borderline loon or outright loon to not give credit to the documentation already provided, 2: the politics of doubt look pretty much exactly like British National Party loathsome nonsense to me (which is to say, nativist racism of a primitive and particularly neanderthalic kind).
It is disappointing to see the US right has degenerated to the point that it doesn’t smack down such primitive and thuggish nonsense. At least CP has called this sort of thing for what it is.

John McCain was born in the Panama Canal Zone.
And yet, the hospital he was born in has no record of his birth. But he has a short form birth certificate and he’s a white Republican, so that really doesn’t matter.
