Well, we make several versions. Green tomato is a favorite. Goes well with fish. Green tomato Pepper of choice(jalapeno, bell(red)and sweet banana here). Onion. Celery. All chopped up in a similar dice. Spices: clove, mace, black pepper, fennel, tiny bit of nutmeg. Salt. Apple cider vinegar. Cook and can. ---

Has anyone mentioned that all you need to do is tap the top of the can first and then it’ll open without any issues. Not IMHO, that’s a fact! 😉 ---
