Well maybe but one should think about who you are working with.

For example my Dad, a 79 year old vet, says sometimes he will see female staff at the VA hospital walking around in low cut blouses or short skirts. Like dont they know a VA hospital is full of mostly male patients, old, and many with psychological issues? This isnt a nightclub.

Another time a friend of mines son got accused of “exposing” a teachers aide. What happened was this 1rst grade boy in special education with mental issues had this aid and this woman who was around 50 but thought she was still a hot looking 20 something, was wearing this sexy button top. Well the boy decided to grab her shirt and pull and when he did, it ripped open and everything fell out. The school tried to blame the 1rst grader when it should have fired the aid for wearing inappropriate attire. BTW, she would also wear big dangling earrings.

These are the times when those women need a tough female supervisor who will lay down the law and put them in their place.

“Their place?” Fuck you. And thank you for finally just coming out and saying it, you misogynist asshole. This has nothing to do with someone providing subpar medical care (because she didn’t) or your concern for her well being (because you don’t give a shit about her or her career). This is because you can’t handle your pathetic chubby when women conduct themselves like human beings in public. Fuck. You.

Yes, mod, I’ll take my Warning now. Worth it.

Wow—I’m wondering when somebody will start a thread in the Pit…
But until then, I’ll just say:
Mr. Urban…do you really think a 6 year old boy knows whether the teacher’s blouse is sexy?
Do you really think a 6 year old boy knows the difference between a 50 yr old and a “hot 20 something”?
And do you really think the teacher deserved to be fired, because a 6 yr old boy with mental issues behaves inappropriately, like, well, a 6 yr old boy with mental issues?

Thank you. I already reported my post, folks. No need to inundate the mods with multiple reports. I hope I’m not suspended or banned over it, but I absolutely know it broke more than one rule, and I knew it before I hit submit. But I could not let that stand and sleep tonight. If I’m gone in the morning, it was great knowing you. Truly.

Exactly. A good veteran nurse can point out things a beginner doesnt realize they are doing.

It wasnt a teacher but a teachers aid. What we call a para. These are lower paid individuals who come in without any training or degree and often yes, they take who they can. They come into the job thinking its all just working with these slow learning kids and often it is but but more often your working with kids with behavioral issues who can grab, pull, scratch, and otherwise be pretty tough to handle. Sometimes they do it out of anger, sometimes for fun, or sometimes just out of poor judgement.

Have you ever worked in special ed or a preschool situation? One of the rules is dont wear anything that can be grabbed onto or damaged and that includes necklaces and earrings. Plus no buttoned up shirts which can also be pulled on and ripped. Not to mention any person working with kids should know getting paint or bodily fluids on your clothes is very common. Most staff wear a smock.

> [@chappachula](#):
>

No. The kid just saw something to grab and he did.

Yes, I think a 50 year old adult who should have known better and should be held to a higher level of accountability than a 6 year old with issues. If not her, than the people supervising her should have laid out rules about attire.

Perhaps I should explain more.
The background of the case is the parents were called into a special meeting about the incident and the school was dumping all the blame on the 6 year old and that was partly due to the aid threatening a sexual harassment suit and of being traumatized. They basically wanted to get rid of the kid. Something which schools often do to special ed kids. The parents wouldnt have any of this and thru investigation found out more about the aid and the teachers she was working under and were able to prove negligence on part of the school and got a pretty good settlement.

I work with alot of families with children in special ed and you’d be surprised how often issues like this come up where the staff wasnt doing their job.

Maybe I was a little harsh on that term. My meaning was she needed to be shown how to do the job correctly. Heck if it wasnt me, some other person down the line would have said the same. Better deal with a poor technique now than later.

Thing is everyone goes into a job thinking “here is how I’m going to do it”. Often they will follow training to the letter but sometimes they dont and want to do it a new way. Sometimes their way is best but sometimes it’s not. A good trainer observes and looks for mistakes and makes corrections. The problem comes when the person refuses to listen.

Yes, someone should warn teacher’s aids that mentally disturbed 6 year olds are dangerous. That’s rather different than threatening to fire a woman who was assaulted. Her supervisor (whether male or female) was remiss in not warning her to avoid dangly earrings. No opinion in the shirt, t-shirts can be ripped, too.

And 6 year olds who assault the staff should be disciplined, using whatever method might be appropriate given their mental problems. Learning not to rip people’s shirts off is more important than learning arithmetic.

And if their mental problems are so severe they can’t be taught not to assault the aids, they shouldn’t mainstreamed. Such children need to be supervised by staff with special training in kids with problems. They are also disruptive to the rest of the children.

Not sure why you are siding with the boy, here.

Thanks for defending yourself…and if you had typed this in the OP, nobody would be mad at you.
But your OP begins with breast fondling, and then your next post is all about a woman in a “sexy top” who is 50 but thinks she’s a “hot-looking 20something”.

Next time, think before you post.

I thought I had already posted, but, meh…

**Green Bean** ’s suspicions came true, as this is what happened.

Sadly, I think I’ve encountered people like this. Good thing not in my line of work, at least directly.

If a male nurse had restrained you the way she did, would you have said anything? No? Then you shouldn’t have done what you did.
