You’re saying you’re not sue happy, yet you want to know if you can sue over finding a catapiller in a bag of lettuce. Uh…huh. :rolleyes: ---

For Og’s sake, never, ever, ever buy any fresh on the cob corn. Trust me on this one. And no, I don’t think you should sue either. If you had ingested said catipillar and become ill, then you’d have a leg to stand on…maybe. But to just see it, nah. And I’m gonna jump in and continue asking on the nature of the veggies. Were they a bag of the frozen Birds Eye veggies? I buy the Birds Eye all the time, and all I’ve seen is frozen. And if that’s the case, then I’m sure it wasn’t from the bag if it was still alive. I know this has all been said, but oh well. I’m always the last one to post. MT ---
